The larger CatII hitch is designed for use with tractors ranging from 40-100 horses. The top link connecting pin is 1 inch in diameter. The lower lift pins are 1-1/8" inch in diameter. I believe the top link is located 24" above the center line between the two lower lift pins, but don't quote me on that one. The cat 1 hitch is used on tractors from 20-45 horses.Ī cat II hitch is 32 inches wide. The lower lift pins are 7/8" in diameter, and the top link connecting pin is 3/4" in diameter. ![]() The lower lift arms on a three point cat 1 hitch are 26 inches wide, with the top link being 18 inches above the center line, between the two lower lift arms. The only differences between them are the dimensions of the triangle and the diameter of the three connecting pins.
